We have additional classes and personal training spots set aside for participants who want to remain at Royal Phuket Marina over the weekend. If you decide not to explore the islands over Saturday and Sunday you can receive an additional personal training session on both Saturday and Sunday and also participate in weekend classes such as Yoga etc.
Please note that we provide information on what foods to eat after your sessions and have an incredible juice bar ready to prepare delicious smoothies, fresh fruit salads, cookies, natural juices, boosters and more. And yes, you can get great coffee too. You will love it!

The local restaurants are also here to help by serving specific delicious food menu’s for you to choose from and you do have a great kitchen in your apartment if you love cooking and want to spend time cooking up a storm.

Worried about shopping? No need to panic, there is a Villa Super Market next door which is the best supermarket in Thailand catering to everyone’s needs. During the Q n A session on Tuesday we will be discussing what foods to purchase so that you get into the routine of what to buy and how to find the best foods for your body, lifestyle and health goals.

Please note each participant receives one Private Mind Body Life coaching session per week.
